Can a builder use these plans?

Yes! We provide all the necessary plans for a building company to complete your home.

You will receive a floor plan, electrical plan, exterior elevation plan, and a roof plan all in 24x36 PDF format.

How long does it take to get my plans?

Once you purchase your plans, a download link will be instantly available via email. If you lose or misplace the email, we can send you the link directly.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of these plans being digital, we cannot offer refunds unfortunately.

We can however offer credit towards another plan we offer if the one you purchased is not the right plan for you.

What if I lose my plan files?

No problem! As long as you have access to the email you purchased with, we can send you a new download link to get your plan files again.
